Contract, Rights, and Obligations

This SERVICE AGREEMENT is made between the adult purchaser, hereinafter referred to as THE CLIENT, and GERSON GONZALEZ CORTES, an adult and legal representative of www.deepskyblue-crane-211210.hostingersite.com, hereinafter referred to as deepskyblue-crane-211210.hostingersite.com.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FIRST CLAUSE – deepskyblue-crane-211210.hostingersite.com will provide THE CLIENT with the services outlined in Section I of this agreement and will deliver technical support for 12 months.

deepskyblue-crane-211210.hostingersite.com will follow the guidelines explicitly provided by the CLIENT to ensure the project meets their needs.

deepskyblue-crane-211210.hostingersite.com will operate independently from the CLIENT, adhering to industry standards and practices in its field of expertise.

SECOND CLAUSE This service agreement does not establish any employment relationship. deepskyblue-crane-211210.hostingersite.com assumes all costs related to the delivery of the service, including operational and material expenses.

THIRD CLAUSE – The CLIENT is required to provide deepskyblue-crane-211210.hostingersite.com with all necessary materials to complete the work. This includes text, information, documents, audiovisual materials (such as photos and videos), and any other resources needed to carry out the contracted service.

FOURTH CLAUSE The services and tasks described in Section I of this agreement will be carried out by deepskyblue-crane-211210.hostingersite.com within 30 business days from the date of initial payment. A payment receipt will be sent to the purchaser’s email, and the invoice will be issued once payment has been completed.

FIFTH CLAUSE– deepskyblue-crane-211210.hostingersite.com agrees to perform the contracted services professionally and to meet the completion dates established in this agreement.

If employees or subcontractors are involved, they will follow deepskyblue-crane-211210.hostingersite.com’s instructions in alignment with its obligations under this agreement. deepskyblue-crane-211210.hostingersite.com ensures that all individuals involved will have the necessary qualifications and experience to carry out the agreed-upon tasks.

SIXTH CLAUSE
deepskyblue-crane-211210.hostingersite.com commits to keeping the CLIENT promptly informed of any incidents or actions that may arise during the provision of services.

SEVENTH CLAUSE
If both parties deem it necessary, this agreement may be modified or expanded, provided both parties agree, and the changes are confirmed in writing as an annex to this agreement.

EIGHTH CLAUSE: THE CLIENT is obligated to pay the agreed price for the contracted service.
NINTH CLAUSE: THE CLIENT must pay deepskyblue-crane-211210.hostingersite.com the full contract amount and may do so via debit card, credit card, any payment method accepted by PayU (our payment gateway), PayPal, bank transfer, or cash.
TENTH CLAUSE: deepskyblue-crane-211210.hostingersite.com will refund 100% of the payment if THE CLIENT is not satisfied with the work.
ELEVENTH CLAUSE: This contract may be terminated by either party under the following circumstances:

⦁ By mutual agreement.

⦁ Unilaterally, if one of the parties fails to meet the initial requirements of this agreement. In such cases, written notice must be provided, specifying the relevant details.

expressly waives any intellectual or industrial property rights that may arise as a result of fulfilling this agreement.

All work completed, including reports, designs, analyses, research, or any other documents or processes created during the execution of this agreement, will become the property of the CLIENT.

THIRTEENTH CLAUSE
deepskyblue-crane-211210.hostingersite.com will perform daily backups throughout the hosting period.

FOURTEENTH CLAUSE: Any payment is exempt from withholding taxes (ICA, Retefuente, or others), duties, surcharges, money transfer fees, or any national or international bank transaction fees that may apply in any case or country of origin. If any of these costs apply, they will be borne by the client and added to the total service payment to the agency.
